Our policies and additional information

RETURN POLICY: 

We want you to feel confident in choosing the right products for your skin. That’s why we encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing an order – our team is here to help you make informed decisions based on your goals, skin concerns, and product compatibility.

Because we believe in our skincare products, tools, and devices, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or unexpected skin reactions.

Need Help Before You Order? We’re always here to help you select the right products for your skin. If you’re unsure about what to choose, please get in touch with us before purchasing – we genuinely want you to get the best possible results.

If your order arrives incorrectly or is otherwise defective, please notify us within three days of delivery so we can assist you promptly. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your message, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Order Processing Times: We process orders Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Time, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 PM CT on Thursday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday (or the next business day if a holiday).

During our open processing hours, orders received before 11:00 AM CT typically ship the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM CT ship on the next processing day.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or Ground, depending on package weight and destination. Free shipping is offered on orders $20+ (excluding sale events). For orders under $20 or during sale events, shipping is displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Timeframes: USPS transit times vary depending on location and service level. Most packages arrive within:

First Class: 3–7 business days

Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Ground: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by USPS delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages: Once USPS marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please take the following steps:

1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

2. Speak directly with your mail carrier, as they may recall where the package was placed.

3. Contact your local post office for GPS-based delivery information.

In many cases, missing packages turn up within a few days.

Because USPS scans serve as official delivery confirmation, Skin MPLS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, and we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered. However, we’re always happy to provide documentation or guidance to help you follow up with USPS.

Packages Lost in Transit (Not Marked Delivered): If your package shows no movement or appears lost before delivery is confirmed, please contact us. We will assist in initiating a USPS inquiry and help determine next steps based on the carrier’s findings.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged in transit, USPS requires that the recipient file the claim directly.

To file a claim, visit USPS’s claims portal with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If you need help understanding what documentation USPS requires, we’re happy to guide you.

To receive a replacement shipment, you will need to place a new order.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship the package once you pay the reshipping fee.

Questions Before You Order: We’re always happy to help clarify shipping timelines or answer questions in advance. Reach out anytime – we want your order to arrive smoothly and predictably.

STORE PICK-UP POLICY:

We process orders Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Time, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 PM CT on Thursday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday (or the next business day if a holiday).

You will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. All orders received before 5:00 PM CT during our open hours will generally be available for pick-up the same day except during sale events. We're open Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Time, excluding major holidays for order pick-up.
