RETURN POLICY:

We're always here for your questions before you order so that you can make informed decisions with the correct products for your skin. Because of that, and our belief in our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for skincare product, tools, or equipment unless damaged or defective.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We process orders 9am-8pm Central Monday - Thursday, except major holidays. Orders that are placed after 8pm Central on Thursday through Sunday night will be processed on the following Monday (unless we are closed due to a major holiday).

Orders received before 1pm Central time during our open hours will generally be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or Ground.

Other than during sale events, we offer free shipping for all orders $20 and above. For orders below $20, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to USPS Ground current rates. During sale events, all shipping orders have a $5 flat rate shipping fee.

If USPS has marked your shipment as "delivered" but you are unable to locate your package, you will need to reach out to your local post office or talk directly to your mail carrier for more information. If you live in a shared building, also contact the management office. Typically, missing "delivered" packages show up within a week of the date they were marked as delivered. Skin MPLS will not replace packages that are marked as "delivered" by the USPS.

STORE PICK-UP POLICY:

We process orders 9am-8pm Central Monday - Thursday, except major holidays. Orders that are placed after 8pm Central on Thursday through Sunday night will be processed on the following Monday (unless we are closed due to a major holiday).

All orders received before 5pm Central time during our open hours will generally be available for pick-up the same day. You will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. We're open from 9am-8pm Central Monday - Thursday for order pick-up.
