WHAT IT IS: Vivant Skin Care 9% Mandelic Acid 3-in-1 Toner balances skin's pH levels as it absorbs cleansing residue, oil and other impurities for a clear, smoother, radiant complexion. An advanced formula designed for those who have already developed tolerance to lower level of AHA's or those with oily skin. This toner serves as a booster treatment for skin with severe acne, melasma or fine lines.

HOW TO USE: Start usage every other day. Moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of tonic and wipe over face, neck and décolleté. Increase to daily or twice daily as skin becomes acclimated.
